2011 AFCA Convention Exhibitor Information

The 2011 AFCA Convention will be held at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas, January 9-12, 2011.   

If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor at the 88th annual AFCA Convention, PLEASE CLICK the link at the bottom of this page for a printable “Exhibitor Package” request form.

We will be sending out the AFCA “Exhibitor Package”, which includes an application for exhibit space in June of 2010.

The “Exhibitor Package” contains the following information:

Exhibit Plan: Provides the convention schedule and regulations.

General Information Sheet: Provides general information about becoming an exhibitor.

Floor Plan: Detailed drawing of exhibit hall and exhibit space available.

Exhibit Space Pricing: Provides prices for the different exhibit spaces available.

Exhibit Space Contract: Actual application and request for exhibit space.  Must be completed and returned promptly with payment to reserve an exhibit space.
