This is your chance to help us plan the 2010 AFCA Convention. The AFCA needs you to help us pick out the coaches that will lead the 2010 Buzz Sessions.

For the ninth consecutive year, the Buzz Sessions will be featured at the AFCA Convention taking place January 10-13, 2010, in Orlando, Florida. The Buzz Sessions will be held on Sunday, January 10 and Monday, January 11 at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. The Buzz Sessions provide coaches with opportunities to learn from college football’s coaching experts in a particular area of the game.

Throughout the years, the Buzz Sessions have been among the most popular and well attended clinics at the convention. The Buzz Sessions are organized to cover every position in football including: offensive and defensive lines, linebackers, runningbacks, wide receivers, quarterbacks, defensive backs, kickers and special teams.

The setting for each Buzz Session is informal, with seating to accommodate 100-200 coaches in each room. The only equipment available to the session director is a dry erase board and a marker. Each session provides and "old style" learning experience with the proverbial "chalk flying" feel.

The Buzz Session directors are college football coaches from all divisions selected from recommendations sent in throughout the year by the AFCA membership.  You can submit your 2010 Buzz Session recommendations online or download and fill out the form and fax it to Tai M. Brown at the AFCA office.
