The American Football Coaches Association has been a valuable resource for football coaches since it was founded in 1922 by, among others, Amos Alonzo Stagg and John Heisman.

Its mission, in part, is to protect and promote the best interests of the game and the football coaching profession, and to maintain the highest possible standards for football and the profession.

The AFCA has established this new online job resource in order to benefit football coaches in their career development and to assist athletics administrators in their search for the most qualified football coaches and others in football-related professions.

Our goal is to establish a gathering place – backed by a credible, well-known entity – that will be of mutual benefit to both job seeker and employer.

More than 11,000 AFCA members and thousands of non-member coaches are regular visitors to the AFCA website and undoubtedlywill take advantage of the AFCA Job Board as they move up the career ladder in their chosen profession.
