In any training environment, we are bombarded with limitations that retard our ability to structure our strength and conditioning programs. Virtually every conditioning protocol that appears in recognized texts or are taught by any of the various strength and conditioning organizations, tend to preach their own generic structure or philosophy in regards to: needs analysis, injury prevention and energy system development. These variables are vital in building one's conditioning program. Without detracting from any of the above variables, I will be focusing on other influential factors that are not often considered.....
