Information Booth

The Information Booth will be located in the Crossroads Lobby in the Indiana Convention Center. Please visit the Information Booth for any needs, questions or issues.

Saturday, January 11 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 12 – 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Monday, January 13 – 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 14 – 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 15 – 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

EXHIBIT HOURS
Exhibits open Sunday, January 12, 2014, in Exhibit Hall D of the Indiana Convention Center.

Sunday, January 12 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, January 13 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm.
Tuesday, January 14 – 9:00 a.m. – Noon

Lost and Found

Bring all lost items to the AFCA Information Booth located in the Crossroads Lobby of the Convention Center. If you have lost an item, please check the Information Booth.

Recommended Dress

Business attire is recommended for all Convention activities. Indianapolis winter weather ranges from 19-36 degrees.

Introducing the Passport and Coaches’ Concession Food Vouches

Passport – A Passport will be distributed to all attendees with a list of participating exhibitors. Explore your way through the exhibition hall, gather ‘stamps’ on your Passport and you will be eligible to win some great prizes.

Coaches’ Concession Food Vouchers – What does it take to get a free lunch…Well, stop by the participating exhibitor booths, learn about their great products or services and receive a voucher for lunch. A list of participating exhibitors will be distributed at registration.

Who’s Hungry?

For your convenience, a concession stand in the Exhibit Hall will be open during Registration hours. Be sure to stop by and grab a sandwich, hamburger, hotdog or salad.

Hotel Reservations ALERT from AFCA

Beware of unaffiliated wholesale hotel/travel groups who have been soliciting AFCA participants and offering hotel accommodations during the Annual AFCA Conference & Exhibition. Unofficial companies have offered discounted or wholesale hotel pricing, which in some cases have been invalid or a scam. Neither AFCA nor Wyndham Jade can verify the authenticity of such companies of their representations, and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations.
