AFCA membership application, renewal, Convention fee and ticket purchases can be completed at www.afca.com/2014. Please assist the AFCA staff by pre-paying your membership dues and Convention fee by the December 10, 2013, deadline. Pre-paid attendees can pick up all materials and tickets in Exhibit Hall D as early as 9:00 a.m., Sunday, January 12, 2014.
Registration opens Sunday, January 12 in Exhibit Hall D of the Indiana Convention Center.
The Quick Pass area will allow you to scan your Quick Pass ID and pick-up your badge in the most efficient way. If you have not paid your dues or Convention fees by the deadline, you will need to be processed though the Join/Renew lines. This is a slower process that the Quick Pass so pay on-time and keep your information up-to-date at www.afca.com/2014.
A Guest Pass entitles you to attend any non-ticketed AFCA function during the course of the annual Convention, but this does not constitute membership in the AFCA. Applications for a Guest Pass will not be accepted for anyone who: 1) is a potential exhibitor; 2) qualifies for AFCA membership; 3) seeks to use this event to gain access to coaches for a commercial purpose. No soliciting, advertising, or displays are allowed by a Guest Pass holder. The AFCA reserves the right to decline or revoke passes without cause. Please call the AFCA office at 254-754-9900 for a Guest Pass application.
In order to provide the quickest possible registration experience while on-site at the 2014 AFCA Convention, the association staff asks you to consider the following registration tips.

Meal Function Tickets:
Tickets to all events can be purchased when paying the 2014 memberships dues and Convention fees. There is limited seating to certain events, so be sure to pre-pay for tickets, as well as membership. There will be a late $5 fee for each ticket purchased after December 10.
Any ticket not sold by the deadline will be offered for sale at the AFCA Information Booth in the Crossroads Lobby of the Convention Center beginning Sunday, January 12 at 9:00 a.m. All tickets are non-refundable. Click here to purchase meal tickets (link back to www.afca.com/2014).
President’s Kickoff Luncheon: Monday, January 13 – 11:30 a.m. Recipients of the AFCA Assistant Coach of the Year, Outstanding Achievement Award, Academic Achievement Award and Trailblazer Award, as well as the presentation of the National Football Foundation championship trophies, will be honored.
Russell Athletic Awards Luncheon: Tuesday, January 14 – 11:30 a.m. This event recognizes head coaches whose teams won conference and/ or national championships and coaches of independent schools ranked in the Top 15 in the final AFCA, NAIA or USA Today Coaches’ Polls during the 2013 season. Also recognized is the recipient of the AFCA’s most prestigious coaching honor, the Amos Alonzo Staggs Award, and the newest Honorary and 35-Year Members.
Coach of the Year Dinner: Tuesday, January 14 – 7:30 p.m. Highlighting the annual AFCA Convention, those recognized will be the National Coaches of the Year. Coaches from all five college levels are honored, as well as the American Community College Football Coaches Association Coach of the Year. The Power of Influence Award is given to a deserving high school coach and the Executive Director’s Spirit of Giving Award (not given every year) recipient is named. If the AFCA Board of Trustees chooses to bestow the Tuss McLaughry Award (not given every year), it will also be presented at this event.
