The 2014 AFCA Convention will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, January 12-14, 2014.

We will be sending out the AFCA “Exhibitor Package,” which includes an application for exhibit space in June of 2013.

The “Exhibitor Package” contains the following information:

1. Exhibitor Package: Provides the schedule, general information and regulations.
2. Actual Floor Plan: Fire Marshal approved floor plan.
3. Space Available Floor Plan: Shows exhibit space available.
4. Cost of Exhibit Space: Cost for different sizes of exhibit space.
5. Exhibit Space Application: Application and request for exhibit space form.
