📢 AFCA Convention 2026 Housing Information
We’re excited to share that housing is now open for the 2026 AFCA Convention, taking place January 11–13, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina!
🏨 Book Your Hotel Now
Make your reservation through the official AFCA housing partner, ResQuest Hotel Service (RHS), to ensure your room is guaranteed and properly connected to your convention registration.
⚠️ Beware of Housing Scams:
You may be contacted by unauthorized companies offering to book your hotel. These entities are not affiliated with AFCA, and bookings made through them will not be honored.

Booking through RHS helps AFCA fulfill its hotel contract commitments and ensures the convention runs smoothly.
💳 Reservation & Payment Info
- A one-night room + tax deposit is required at booking and will be charged around December 15, 2025.
- Want to pay by check? Contact RHS at [email protected] for instructions.
- Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days in advance (after December 22, 2025, cancel directly through the hotel).
- Suite requests must be handled directly through RHS.
- Housing reservations close December 10, 2025.
Note: Reservations are only valid for registered AFCA members, exhibitors, or sponsors. Any booking made without valid AFCA credentials may be canceled.
