
Ohio State No. 1 in Final US LBM Coaches Poll
Ohio State claimed the program’s ninth national title by scoring 31 unanswered points in the 2024 College Football Playoff national championship game against Notre Dame, winning 34-23. The Buckeyes finish the season with a 14-2 record and the No. 1 spot in the US LBM Coaches poll.
Notre Dame comes in at No. 2 with an identical 14-2 record, followed by Texas at No. 3, Oregon at No. 4 and Penn State at No. 5. Georgia, Arizona State, Tennessee, Boise State and Indiana round out the top 10.
