AFCA Membership Renewal Timeline
June 2, 2025
The AFCA is preparing to send renewal invoices to our members for the fiscal year 2025-2026. If you have a current card on file, it will be automatically charged with the renewal fees on the due date listed on the invoice. So, we wanted to reach out to you and remind you of the upcoming dates.
- July 1 – ALL membership invoices will be sent
- Life Members are exempt from payment
- August 1 – A Reminder email will be sent to those who have not renewed
- August 10 – The Final email reminder will be sent for those who have not renewed
- August 15 – Final email will be sent, and membership will be dropped by Aug 31st
- September 1 – You will have to reapply for membership
