GoRout Gridiron Named Presenting Sponsor of AFCA Division II and Division III Coaches Polls
August 31, 2026
The American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) is pleased to announce GoRout Gridiron, GoRout’s in-game wearable coach-to-player communication system, as the presenting sponsor of the AFCA Division II and Division III Coaches Polls.
“GoRout has been a strong supporter of football coaches and continues to invest in technology designed specifically around how coaches work,” said Bob Nielson, AFCA Director of Divisional Football. “We are excited to welcome GoRout Gridiron as the presenting sponsor of the Division II and Division III Coaches Polls.”
The AFCA has published weekly Top 25 polls since 1999, when Division III head coaches supported the creation of an association-run coaches poll. The AFCA added its Division II poll the following year.
AFCA-member coaches make up the voting panel for each poll, with conferences represented throughout Division II and Division III. Each season includes a preseason poll, weekly regular-season rankings and a final poll following each division’s national championship game.
“We’re incredibly excited to expand our relationship with the AFCA and put the GoRout Gridiron name alongside two of the most respected polls in college football,” said Mike Rolih, Founder and CEO of GoRout. “Our company was built by coaches, for coaches, and we want Division II and Division III coaches to know that we’re genuinely invested in their level of football. This partnership is about more than putting our logo on a poll. It’s an opportunity to spend the season listening to coaches, showing programs what’s possible with wearable coach-to-player communication, and continuing to build GoRout Gridiron around the needs of the people actually coaching the game.”
The AFCA Division II Coaches Poll presented by GoRout Gridiron and AFCA Division III Coaches Poll presented by GoRout Gridiron will be released weekly throughout the 2026 football season.
