Allstate AFCA Good Works Team Inspiring Conversations | Devin Williams, Bethel
September 26, 2025
Bethel University senior defensive back Devin Williams has built a legacy that extends far beyond the football field. A three-time All-Region cornerback, MIAC Rookie of the Year, and a leader for one of the nation’s top NCAA Division III defenses, Williams has excelled as both a playmaker and a role model.
But his impact isn’t limited to game day. Off the field, Williams has committed more than 300 hours of community service, including over 250 hours mentoring students with intellectual disabilities through Bethel’s BUILD program. His work has fostered deep connections and inspired others, embodying the essence of servant leadership.
Williams’ commitment also extends to coaching youth sports, volunteering with organizations like Feed My Starving Children, and serving as a role model for fellow student-athletes. His dedication earned him a place on the prestigious Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, highlighting his belief in using his platform to make a lasting difference.
Devin Williams is proof that true leadership means more than stats or accolades about service, character, and leaving an impact on the community.
