University at Buffalo linebacker Red Murdock has made an impact on and off the field. A 2024 All-MAC First Team selection and member of the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, Red is one of the top defenders in college football.
In this episode, Red shares how he’s balancing success on the field with his passion for service. He founded Virginia Homework Helpers, a free K–12 tutoring program in his home state, and has already volunteered at more than 25 community events—mentoring youth, serving meals, and inspiring the next generation.
Red’s story is about leadership, service, and what it means to use your platform as a student-athlete to create lasting change.
