In this conversation, Coach Clements shares his ongoing journey of professional growth, his philosophy on building strong programs and coaching staffs, and why staying connected within the coaching community matters. Coach Clements is entering into his 11th season leading the Golden Bears, producing winning seasons in each of his previous 10 seasons. Coach Clements was honored as the 2024 AFCA Division II Regional Coach of the Year for Region 1 for his efforts leading the Golden Bears to an 11-1 record in 2024.
