Battaglia’s journey through the coaching profession includes stops as a student assistant, graduate assistant, position coach, coordinator, and ultimately head coach. During the conversation, Coach Battaglia discusses his time at Temple and Georgia Tech, the challenges of advancing through the coaching ranks, and the adjustments required when taking on increased responsibility.
